Being a baby is NO FUN!

After a long day, I’m sure everyone at some point wished they were a baby! You can crawl into bed and nap or eat, it’s a nice life! 😃
WRONG!!

I can tell you first hand that being a baby 👶 is HARD! So all the chemotherapy killed everything and now I’m starting all over again. I even have to get all my childhood vaccines again, but that comes later!

What I’ve been dealing with as a newborn:

Learning to eat: After not eating for 10 days, my body is slowly getting used to food. Anything with a slight bit of spice burns! Surprisingly, the hardest food to eat was baklava! I guess all the sharp edges were too much for my esophagus!

Sleeping: For some reason, I can’t sleep well at night. But the second I take a shower, I fall asleep 😴 just like a baby.

Bowel/bladder control: still trying to figure this out! Can’t wait to get out of these diapers!

Muscle strength: I feel like a baby trying to get her little muscles to start working! I completely understand the struggle!
No wonder babies cry all the time, figuring out all this stuff is hard!

Appearance: You know how babies look funny right after birth! Well, that’s how I look! I have random parts of my face that are hyper pigmented and I have no hair! At least, babies have the cuteness factor going for them 🥰

I don’t like being a baby! 👶 😋 CAN’T WAIT TO GROW UP
